Refund Policy

Drama Queensland - Queensland Association For Drama In Education will only offer a refund or exchange if the goods are defective by fault of the publisher or distributor. Customers have 30 days to notify the association via email and return the faulty good.

Drama Queensland - Queensland Association For Drama In Education will not give a refund on memberships for change of mind. Memberships will last for one year from being processed and can take up to 30 days to be approved. It is the responsibility of the member applicant to ensure all contact details are current and the correct membership category is selected.

Refunds for conferences, workshops, seminars, masterclasses and events, are only available if Drama Queensland- Queensland Association For Drama In Education is notified within a specified time period of the event. An administration processing fee will be charged. Details of the time period and administration fee will be included on the event registration forms.

All items approved for return should be posted to at the cost of the returner, unless specified in writing by Drama Queensland.
