Who can purchase member ticket/s?

Member tickets are for current financial members of Drama Queensland. If you do not hold an active membership, you will need to purchase a non-member ticket.

How can I pay?

Preferred payment method is credit card directly through Trybooking.

Can I pay by invoice for my ticket/s?

To request an invoice, complete the manual registration Forms Survey on the website. Tickets will be confirmed and issued after payment is received. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds can be made available up to the date registrations formally close before the event. However, you can also transfer your ticket across to be a digital program ticket.

If you do not attend on the dates and have paid, you will still be given access to the digital program after the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, individual conference programs, session allocations and rooms will be provided. Please go to registration on arrival.

Why are some of the workshop choices unavailable when I register through Trybooking?

Many of our workshops can only accommodate up to 30 attendees, depending on room capacity, workshop type or presenter preferences. Some workshops fill quickly and will be unavailable. All of the workshops programmed will be valuable for your practice, however, if you cannot access a particular workshop, we can put you on a waiting list in case a space becomes available.
